Computer crashes on startup, accompanied by picture of screen.

So, a few minutes ago my pc started crashing on startup. It started when I tried running msi afterburner, which is what I assume to be the issue but I'm not sure. A little bit of background, I downloaded and installed the latest Nvidias drivers today as well. I can't think of any other details but will if asked.

Looks like bad drivers or too high of an overclock. Restart in safe-mode and see if you can revert your card to factory conditions and remove your drivers

might be a psu power issue to to much of an overclock maxing everything out
