Computer crashes on startup

Well, I don't know in what category to post this so i'll do it right here.

My computer crashes once per day, as soon as i open more than one problem (except if I let my computer "warm up")
I don't have a disk to factory reset.

Can post specs if possible, the fuck should I do?

- Safe mode malware scan with Malwarebytes to start

- Windows key - > cmd -> sfc /scannow
- Windows key -> cmd -> chkdsk /f C: If C is your drive letter, otherwise replace

- Update graphics card and chipset drivers to latest

- Windows key -> msconfig -> selective startup -> unselect startup items and see if that stabilizes things.
