Computer crashes when i play a game.

Hello, my computer has recently started to crash whilst playing any game. It is quite weird as I can be playing for 30 mins or so then i get a black or random colour screen with a freeze noise with it. When i reset the PC it is normal and does it again if i play again. It never crashes if i am doing something else like watching a film or working on it.

I have done everything from, clean my PC thoroughly, remove GPU, RAM to clean and CMOS battery. Used driver sweepers to clean my old drivers away and installed the latest new driver. Check temps and they are all normal whilst playing games.

I have no idea what is the problem, it is not a major problem as i can play for a while or not it depends.
My system specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8250 8 core
GPU: Nvidia GTX 970
RAM: DDR3 Corsair vengeance 2x 4GB
MOBO: MSI 970 gaming MOBO
PSU: Corsair HX 750i Platinum
Water cooler: Corsair H100i

use whocrashed to see if it get any minidump files then use hwinfo on sensor page to check temp and others also did you memtest ram .

Is the CPU and/or GPU being overclocked or at stock clock settings when playing games?

Done a memtest on the RAM no errors. And both the CPU and GPU are stock no overclock
