Computer crashes when I play CSGO or Smite

I don't know why but my computer has started to crash lately and I am clueless. But its only on certain games like Smite and CSGO and it started happening lately and I don't know what to do.
If anyone could help me I would appreciate it.

I have solved it my bruddas it is now fixed bruddas

I made it good again my bruddas and went to config and put the safe mode my brudda follow along brudda and fixed my brudda
