Computer crashes when idling but not when gaming

So, recently about a month ago or so my computer started to crash when I've been leaving it idle to download updates or games overnight. Sometimes it's just a plain crash and restart telling me "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" and other times i get a Blue Screen crash. All of these crashes seem to only happen when I leave my computer idle, but never seems to happen when I'm either playing games or watching a movie on my computer. I've been getting around updating games overnight by full screening a movie from VLC Media Player and leaving it on pause to prevent my computer from crashing.

No, no shortages that I can see. I even reconnected my gpu's, ram's and sata cables that connected to my hard drives, checked on all other connections. Still crashes when its idle and sometimes it'll delete a game off my steam library.
