Computer crashes when playing games, temps fine, high-end gaming PC.

So a year ago I started having random crashes (BSOD) or restarts (this happens the most) while playing CS:GO it happened about 2 times a month and only when playing that game, I was playing that game the most though.
2 months ago I formatted my SSD and upgraded to W10 from W7. NO CHANGE.
The last few weeks it happens when playing either CS:GO or Arma 3 and my computer crashes once between 30min-4 hours into gaming.

My temps are fine when gaming
GPU: 65 Celsius maximum
CPU: 70 Celsius maximum

I have all the latest Windows updates and GPU drivers.
No viruses.

Since these crashes were so weird I suspected my 6y old PSU was dying and bought a new one, I had no more crashes for two days and it started happening again when playing Arma 3.

I would love some help on how to go about this since I have no idea what the problem could be.

CPU: Intel i5 4690k Manually Overclocked to 4,4 GHz (1.220v, it would go straight to BSOD with lower voltage for some reason)

HDD 2: WD Caviar Black 2TB
RAM: Corsair 16GB CL9 2133Mhz VENGEANCE PRO
Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 7

BSOD gives you error code. Find it to make any conclusions about the problem.
Second - if you have overclocked anything, remove all OC.

I would check the memory sticks. Go to your motherboard manufacturer website and check the supported memory sticks buy a set and see if your problem is gone If not return them.

But if you haven't done any troubleshooting like a memtest do that first. I had a similar problem and did a mem test but it didn't find any faults so I suspected the psu. I went online ordered a new psu and a set of memory sticks.

When the parts arrived i plugged in the new memory sticks that I knew was supported according to asus since I wanted to test them before I started picking apart my cable management. Anyways it turned out that it was the memory sticks that was caused the freezes and crashes. But I did not have any blue screens.

Thanks for your help. After I replaced my PSU and decreased my 4,4GHz clock to 4,2GHz it magically stopped crashing. I had no temperature problems.
It just worked.
