Question Computer crashes while playing certain games ?

So I've been having an issue ever since I built my new PC where my computer will crash after playing certain games (mostly newer games that are more resource demanding). So far, if I play FFXIV (1440p) and try to have a youtube video running on my second monitor (1080p) while in a 24-man raid, my system will crash after 10 mins or so and only the LEDs on hardware will stay on. The fans don't ramp up or anything and my temps don't seem to increase significantly (CPU has an AiO watercooler).

I also recently experienced this same issue when playing Rust. So far, 90% of games I've played run perfectly fine if play them without a video playing on my second monitor. The only game that crashed when playing without a youtube video was Yakuza 0, which crashed maybe an hour or two after playing. I really have no clue where to start troubleshooting and I don't have access to any compatible hardware that I could easily swap out to try to isolate the issue. Any suggestions?

I am currently running everything on stock settings excluding my RAM which is running on the default XMP profile for my motherboard.
