Question Computer crashes While Playing games,Monitor Turns Black and says no signal

When I play games my computer crashes, The screen will turn blank, audio has a glitchy sound and my monitor displays a "No Signal" message.

Could anyone please help? I'm absolutely stumped as to how I can fix it.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 2700x
RAM: 16GB
PSU: 520W
GPU: AMD RX570 4GB
