Hello,

About a month ago bought two 8BG DIMMs of G.Skill Tridentz RGB from Amazon (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR, DDR4-3200 8GB 2x). Initially I had an issue with setting up the RAM. one stick would light and the other wouldn't. After several attempts re-seating it, I managed to get it to work.

However, I experienced a BSOD for the first time ever on this system. About 3 times over the course of a week. Similarly I started to crash while playing games (World War Z specifically) where I never had before.

I ended up changing the ram voltage in the BIOS from 1.35 to 1.36 and these seemed to solve at least one error (I can't remember the exact error, it was related to Kernal Power). However, yesterday I received two blue screens. I have been unable to recall them from event viewer because it keeps crashing when I try.

I also repeatedly crashed playing World War Z. (About 5 times within a few hours). While I understand this could be related to the game itself, crashing never happened until I replaced the ram.

Recently, I ran the MemTest by HCI (Link here: https://hcidesign.com/memtest/) and for about 3 hours it found no errors. However after I started to use the computer, minimally, it ran into one error. according to the manual, even 1 error is too much.

Any thoughts on what to do here? Any files that I can grab? The following is a copy and past of the system information from my computer.

I managed to fix the issue with Event Viewer. The errors of the last few days are as follows.

In the past I had an issue with this a kernel power something, which I haven't seen since upping the DRAM power from 1.35 to 1.36

I will will try to provide more info as I get it.

Another update.

I still haven't received a blue screen yet, but the game is still consistently crashing.

I did grab a USB stick and ran a Memtest86 test. 4 passes om=n all tests, 3 or so hours.

NO ERRORS.

It seems to be well established that if you don't get memory errors with this test, your RAM is fine. That being said, could their be settings that I need to tweak that help with these issues... aside from the power, that is?

Any thoughts? Thanks.
