Hello!
(Sorry in advance about the bad English)

I've encountered a problem with my computer that I newly upgraded.
I just newly upgraded my CPU, RAM, motherboard and GPU. The problem that I have been having started out with my desktop that started freezing. This happened a lot whatever program I was on, but now the problem has been developing, and whenever I run a game my screen turns off, and my gpu fans goes up to full speed. This happened when I launched Rocket League. When I launched and played Skyrim, I played it for 10-15 minutes or so, and the same thing happened.
I have been browsing alot around this website on different problems that sounds like mine and I tried the different suggestions that people came with. I even tried to recover my Windows (because for the freezing).

I would really like some help!

Here are my specs:
Ryzen 5 1600X
B350 Tomahawk
DDR4 crucial ballistix 2x8GB
GTX 1060 Dual OC
CX 600 M

I am sure that the fans on the gpu are going 100% but might as well be the cpu fan going off at the same time. It is kind of hard to notice both by that the gpu fans make alot of noice, and the cpu fan is running all the time, so I don't know if it is changin speed.
