Computer crashing - Black BIOS screen except mouseover

Very recently (within the last 2-3 days) my self-built desktop has started giving me the blue screen, when I've checked the .dmp files, the error had to do with "VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL", but I don't have the premium software to access the rest of the information in the .dmp file in its entirety.

When I try to enter the BIOS menu once my computer has rebooted, it is completely black except the mouse pointer. If I move the mouse around, it 'clears' away the blackness in the path of the mouse and I can see pieces of the menu beneath. But I am unable to do anything at this screen. (I've attached a link to the picture of this, it's weird). Screen Here

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling my graphics card drivers, and this still happens.

My computer also only crashes after ~20 minutes of playing WoW. I can play Diablo 3, DOTA 2, any other "graphically intensive" games with no issue whatsoever, but WoW always crashes. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and it still crashes. That's what I get for subbing back in, right?

I really appreciate any help/advice that you guys might have. I'm planning on wiping my computer and starting over this weekend, but the BIOS screen issue is just so strange, I am really curious to know what's going on.

Here are the specs to my machine:

CPU: i5-4690 (at stock frequency)
MOBO: ASRock Z97 Anniversary
GPU: Sapphire HD 7970 Ghz Edition 3GB 384 Bit GDDR5
RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB 1866MHz (but manually set in BIOS to 1600MHz to fix early crashing issues)
PSU: Corsair CX 600W
1 x SSD
1 x HDD
Win 7 Pro

Thanks again!

Greetings!

Please do run MemTest x86 from usb/or optical media, at least 2 wall test runs. Secondly, please throw us here CrystalDisk info screenshot from the program.

Btw. You can use event manager, or bsod viewer to view the bsod parameters, and You can set BiOS settings to stop on BSOD, and not restart,
