Hey everyone,

Firstly I would like to say sorry. I had no idea where to post this thread. I don't know if it's a software or hardware issue, but I would certainly love some opinions.

Specs on custom built pc:
CPU: FX-6300
GPU: GTX 960 Windforce
MoBo: M5a99fx pro R2
PSU: XFX pro 650W
RAM: HyperX 8GB
SSD: Samsung Evo 850
OS: Windows 8.1

Problem:
Last night I was going about some regular gaming and then all of a sudden my pc 'crashed' and restarted. I say 'crashed' because there wasn't any blue screen, but in an instant the computer was rebooting. Windows would then attempt to run through a diagnostics (nothing showed up) and recommended that I just restart the pc. Unfortunately restarting only made it go back to the diagnostics loading screen (nothing showed up again). After attempting to solve the problem by looking at the cables, and refresh the pc, I gave up and called it a night. I returned to my pc later today and tried to boot it up with the intention of giving windows a clean install. Oddly enough the pc booted up and acted like if nothing had happened. It worked for about a solid 10-20 minutes until it 'crashed' again (in the same manner as before). I then decided to give windows a clean instal. After the instal it seemed like everything was fine for an hour or so. I ran a SMART test (everything is working fine on the ssd) and backed up my data... and then it did it again. Currently my pc is back to square one. Every time I try to boot it up it runs a diagnostics test (nothing ever shows up) and it recommends I restart the pc (obviously I've tried it and it doesn't work). Right now I'm lost as to what my next step should be. Thanks for any info!
