Computer crashing on Stressfull apps

So i have looked around for about a year now trying many different fixes and diagnosis for my crashing issues but alas i cannot get anything to work. When i play games with high stress at maximum graphics (such as battlefield 4, CS:Go on some maps, and the new rust) My computer tends to crash. there is no frame drops or indications of any glitches, just a sudden crash. On certain maps this occurs almost every time ( Cobblestone (CS:GO), paracell storm (BF4)). Im wondering if this has to do with my RAM, PSU, GPU. or Mother board.
ps: Cpu is not working at over 50-60% most of the time and temperatures stay around 70C while on an intense load.

OS: Win 7 64
GPU:Nvidia Gforce GTX 660TI
CPU: i7-2600 GPU 3.40gh
RAM:8 Gigs
PSU: 500w

it depends on brand and model but 500watt psu is not enough.

it was a cheap combo PSu with the case so your probably right. Ill look into a new PSu. How many W should my next PSu be to be safe?
