Computer crashing - PSU?

Sometimes the crashes occur when I start a game - other times they occur when when Windows tries to load. Computer may be running fine for a day, then it will stop running indefinitely and I can only log in on Safe Mode.

I recently changed by PSU after the last one broke in the middle of gaming (I wasn't having any problems before then). The new PSU has a little less power, but it is still 600W (as opposed to the 750 from the last one). Is 600W not enough?

With the last PSU (750W), I could connect two graphic cards in SLI. Now, with the new PSU, I only have a plug for one video card (560 TI Nvidia). I got the PSU at Future Shop and it has a no return policy. I want to make sure before I buy another one.

I thought the problem may have been overheating of the CPU (i5k 4650), but the temp stays under 70 Celsius.

Could it be something I touched on the motherboard when trying to fix the problem? I tried resetting the BIOS, and I am not really sure what I did.

Thanks.
