Computer crashing randomly

I built my pc last year around june, since then the computer has been crashing randomly once or twice every week. Me being lazy, i didn't bother doing anything about it. These last couple of weeks, the crashes are happening every day and it is becoming annoying. I even took apart and rebuilt my pc today but it did not help. I'm not sure what to do as this is the first computer i have built. If anyone could help me i would greatly appreciate it.

P.S i didn't know what category to put it under so i just put CPU's

Can you get into windows? If you can get into it upload the dmp file to onedrive. Then post the link

COMPLETE system specs (make,model, etc of everything in your PC) would be helpful.
