Computer Crashing Under Light Load

I am having an issue with my self built PC that is... unfortunately... too interesting for me to solve on my own. My computer crashes whenever it is under a basically idle load. My solution thus far has been to have a video playing on half the screen and that prevents the crash, but if I stop for more than a couple of minutes the blue screen comes up. I have my most recent dump file if that will help. My system specs are:

Operating System: Windows 10 64 bit
CPU: i7-6700k
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VIII Ranger
Ram: 32 GB
GPU: Dual Nvidia 980 TI's

Please let me know if you need anything else. I am at a loss...

First thing you should do after a build is a stress test, monitoring temperatures.

So I suggest a run of memtest86 to check you RAM.

Then a few hours of Prime95 (monitor temps).

Go back to just one GPU.

What power supply are you using, I would hope 850W+ for dual GPU.
