My computers seem to have an issue with being put under any sort of pressure after a while it just blackout crashes, This doesn't occur instantly but after a little time of let's say discord and playing a video game. This also occurs if I have too many tabs of chrome open even though my PC is quite powerful.

I originally thought it was a PSU issue but I've ruled that out, The only issues I can think of is one of my GPU fans something hitting the edge and making a loud scraping noise and slowing down and having to catch back up but crashes have occurred frequently without it making noise. The other is that my lower fan closest to my PSU is limp and might affect airflow and cause the PSU to overheat and turn off

If you have any suggestions thanks in advance

Solution
As you said :
with all of the above points I estimate that, you are probably having a Overheating Issue.

Let's approach this issue from small possibilities then move on to big.

1st thing Clear out the fan obstruction ! Nothing should touch fans, they will get damaged or Computer might think fan is failing and may give false warning!!

Remove the side-panel, allow air to flow & check if it...

When computer starts, they don't use CPU- GPU much hence less heat.
But when you run Browsers or Games they both use CPU & GPU.

Tried all the above and still issues then try :

  1. Install HWiNFO Software
  2. Open it , it will show you temperatures, keep an eye on CPU & GPU temperature.
  3. On the bottom right, besides the clock icon there is Spreadsheet icon. Click it, it will record all temperatures voltages etc.
  4. Now start your chrome use it the way you use. OR you can use Prime95 to stress the CPU. OR Download AIDA64 you can test both CPU GPU in it.
  5. Try to keep an eye on temperatures shown in HWiNFO, when you stress test it.
  6. If your machine crashes, after boot open that file & look at temperatures. If they are above, 90 -95 its an overheating issue.
  7. Re-apply thermal paste to CPU or GPU whoever is running hot.
if all the above is fine then,
  1. Check PSU voltages, which will get recorded in the above, spreadsheet/CSV file.
  2. HWiNFO software might give you an RED color text if things aren't as supposed to be.
if all the above is fine then,
Try to find Answers for this:

Does Task Manager shows anything unusual like some software 100% CPU usage even when when you do nothing.
Did you update any driver recently?
Any Windows Update ?

- i hope this helps,
-Thank you

Hi I have done what you asked and it only started overheating when I started to stress test the FPU aswell. It quickly ran to its limit but didn't crash but I still think you are onto something here. As for running the Cpu and Gpu only it showed a stable 78 celsius

So does it crash know ? All good ?
Check for any loose cables ! Reconnect cables properly.
Did you looked at temperatures and voltages in Hwinfo ?

Hi I have reapplied thermal paste as instructed and found that the computer still overheats but it was crashing less frequently.
Doing a stress test of fpu still shows overheating issues

FPU test is floating point calculation test. This test is bit heavy for every CPU.

I would like to ask is your processor overclocked ?
Try running it at factory default settings.

No, the processor is at its default value and I have a new cooler for better performance, It still crashes but only under higher stress now
