Question Computer Crashing

My computer crashes when i try to play any major triple A title. I have RTX 2060 and AMD Ryzen 2600x eight core processor and a 500w power supply. My mother board is B450M but i dont know why it crashes so much do i need to change something?

What is the make and model of your PSU? It is recommended you use a 650w with a 2060.
