hi, i have a really annoying problem, i just got a new computer and the 2 first days i had it, it worked fine but after 2 days the computer started crashing randomly during gameplay, ive googled the problem lots of times and tried allot of things but noting works, and the strange thing is, if i over/downclock my RAM the computer will work fine for a day then it starts crashing again, i think it's my grafics card that's crashing becouse the screen get's pixelated and the sound starts looping and i have to hold the power button down untill the computer turns off.
my specs are:

Chieftec Super Series 650W PSU ATX 12V V2.3, 80 Plus, Modular, 1x 6pin+1x 6+2pin PCIe, 6x SATA, 140mm fan

Intel Core™ i5 Quad Processor i5-750 2,66GHz, Socket LGA1156, 8MB, Boxed

Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600MHz 4GB CL9 Kit w/2x 2GB XMS3 modules, CL9-9-9-24, for Core i5 and i7, 1.65V, Intel XMP

Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3, P55, Socket-1156 4xDDR3, ATX, GbLAN, 4phase power, PCI-Ex(2.0)x16

GeForce GTX 260 576M 896MB PhysX PCI-Express 2.0, 2xDVI, HDCP, Graphics Plus, 55nm, 576/2000MHz

i'd be thankful for any help
