Computer cycles slowly and output is not showing up

I recently cleaned out some dust in the fans and nets of the computer and placed back all the fans, and then my computer started cycling power on and off, lasting about 2 seconds before turning off again. Not long after, the computer was able to power on for several minutes straight, but no output would show, and eventually the computer would turn off and cycle again for several minutes on.

My guess so far is humidity in the computer, since I cleaned the meshes with water, though I'm not sure that would affect the booting process.

Recheck everything, you might have put something the wrong way or wrong place. Check MB manual.
