Computer dead and have a flickerin line...

My computer is freeze and there is something out like a pixel after that my computer dead...
Cannot restart and a flickerin line ? I don't know what is going on...
My computer is old very very old

Cpu phenom xii 555
Gpu nvindia gtx 550 ti
8 ram
Psu 600 watt ? I forget

It looks like your GPU is faulty.
First, try taking it out (perhaps give it a clean) and put it back in...

If it is broken, and you have no warranty, you might need to buy a new GPU, unless you want to try and fix it by using the baking method.
However, the bake method only lasts for a while, so you know it is on its way out.

Ok i will try unplug and plug... plus cleaning hopes its works because my computer is not get into the windows its just stop at boot and than dead...

So it gets to the windows loading screen and then stops? This definitely seems like a faulty GPU.
It is probably crashing at the start of the loading screen because that is where it loads the GPU drivers, but because the GPU isn't working properly, it crashes instead.

so i manage to get clean and put it back... loading to boot and its work but the flickerin line still same and moving like in the picture...
