Computer & Display Freezes Under Stress

So my pc and display freezes when i do stress test (last for 10min max before freezes) or play battlefield...I think its could be those tempatures. Temperature during the stress test when froze 78*C Pic-> i.imgur.com/bafJC32.jpg

My PC:
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
CPU: AMD FX 9590 4.71Ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB
RAM: 2X 4GB Kingston HyperX 1666Mhz
Cooler: Scythe Mugen 4 with thermal paste

CPU temperature?

If you are overclocking, it could be a bad overclock. That temp is high for CPU though.

No im not overclocking it. 75~*C temperature while stress and 25*C on idle
