Computer display not coming but fans are running

Display is not coming in my computer.

I checked everything fan is running so power supply is good then i change ram
and i change slots too nothing happened.
i cleared bias but nothing happened.
where is the problem help me guys it's very urgent.

Please let us know the specs of your computer, so we may try to help. Do you have a processor that has an integrated graphics unit? (like any APU from AMD, or any core i3/i5/i7Pentium/Celeron from Intel? And do you also have a discrete GPU? Do you have a second monitor/TV that you can use to check whether the problem comes from the computer or from the monitor?
