I went in to my bios setting and changed my boot order so my cd rom would boot first and now when i turn my pc on nothing turns on but the pc and fan but monitor keyboard and mouse is all off
MB- msi z170a gaming pro carbob (ms-7a12)
cpu- intel (r) cire (tm) i7-6700k cpu @ 4.00 GH
1 tb hard drive and 1 ssd 132gb
gpu- sli gtx 970

If you reset the boot sequence, then make sure the boot device (SSD or HDD) is in 2nd boot.

What size SSD did you have? 132GB or 32GB?

Because if it is the 32GB, then you may use RST. In this case, you may mess up the BIOS setting, so double check the BIOS setting. Also read the MB manual too.

When you clear the CMOS, do you unplug the power core from the wall outlet?

If you did, and try one more time. Remove the gtx970, all RAM, boot device, clear the CMOS, boot the PC without any boot device, RAM, and using the onboard iGPU. If the PC does the same, nothing happens, you need go to the local PC shop ask for help, because either the MB or cpu may have problem, and I don't know how it happens.

I’ve done all of that I’ve looked at almost every single YouTube video and most form pages. It’s weird because the computer and everything turns on but it won’t read my monitor mouse etc...
