Background info: my house was "broken" into by one of my brothers buddies. He tried to take my graphics card which is a gtx 1060 3gb msi. When i would try to load my computer up i would get a black screen no load up. I tried different HDMI cords. I also used the onboard graphics no load up. Computer would turn on and all the lights and fans would run. So i assumed it was my motherboard. I bought a new motherboard put all my parts onto the new board. I looked at the cpu no broken pins on the bottom.once i had all the parts back on it and tried starting it up but I still get a black screen. No bios no nothing. At this point I just want to throw me computer im so tires of messing with it. But i spend to much money on it. I just want to know what is wrong with it for sure. Plz help

Solution
if the pc was on when he pull the card out he could have shorted the cpu and power supply out. start with the mb out of the case with one ram stick and power supply. see if it post out of your case. if not see if someone has a test power supply or post it card. if you dont see if a local shop has one to see if one of your main parts are dead.
