Question computer does not load video select uefi mode

hi i have a gtx 1070 with an asus p8z68v.
when I select uefi mode in the bios it does not upload video, the keyboard responds but the monitor does not upload video and the post led hangs on the gpu led. I tried with a gtx 1080 and it worked does anyone know why

Just an FYI, you should think about throwing that CX600 PSU out and replace it with a reliably built PSU. As for your motherboard, you seem to be on BIOS version 3603 which is the last BIOS version listed for your motherboard. Can you check and see if CSM is enabled in BIOS?

As for your OS, was the OS installed in non UEFI mode? If so, then you might want to try and install Windows 10 on a spare drive in UEFI mode, CSM disabled.

Look, I really don't like this font.
i used a seassonic 600w and my riplle was much better than the v core and the cpu voltage was lower than with the cx 600 .
but let's go to your question the system is in uefi I believe
my bios doesn't have that csm mode at least not with that name.
I've been using the board for many years and I've never found anything related to csm only legacy bios and uefi
I'll leave prints for you to see
