Basically my old pc specs are:
Fx 4350
Asrock n68c-gs4 Fx
8gb ddr3 1066mhz
Sapphire nitro plus Rx 580
Smart 650 watt psu Thermaltake

However recently I upgraded my motherboard, cpu, ram and cooler,
I got:
Ryzen 5 5600x
Msi mpg b550 gaming plus mobo
8gb ddr4 Corsair vengeance ram 3200mhz

I put the parts together today and found out that my computer would start up, fans would spin up but no display from monitors. I installed new drivers for my cpu using the bios flashback, tested different monitors and cables, tested ram placement checked all my cables, cleared cmos, tested both pcie slots for my gpu.

But here is where it gets strange. I made a bootable drive with Linux on it, plugged it in and got into Linux/Ubuntu. I was running Linux perfectly fine. Then I tried creating a windows bootable drive and once again 0 luck. I need help I’m desperate and I feel like I tried everything.

Edit 1: SOLVED --- had to use an older GPU to get into Windows then reinstalled Windows.
