Question Computer does not start anymore

Yesterday my computer did not have video output anymore. It worked the day before.

Configuration:
  • MSI X470 GAMING PLUS
  • AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
  • Asus nVidia DUAL-RTX2060-O6G 6GB
  • Zalman ZM850-EBT PSU
  • HyperX 32GB Fury Black DDR4 3200MHz kit
There is no video output and the VGA debug LED is on on the motherboard.
The fans start on both on CPU and VGA card.
The while power LED is on on the VGA card, so it should have sufficient power.
There is no visible damage on the motherboard or on the VGA card.
The last change was a motherboard firmware upgrade months ago.
No component is under warranty anymore, so I can experiment.

What I tried so far:
  1. Removed VGA card and put back
  2. Tried another VGA card (rather old but previously working AMD HD4950)
  3. Put back the 2060
  4. Tried all HDMI and DisplayPort output with 3 different monitors
  5. Cleared CMOS memory
  6. Replaced CMOS battery
  7. Tried with only one memory module
  8. Tried with the other memory module
  9. Tried without any memory modules, this time the memory debug LED was lit
  10. Put back both memory modules.
  11. Put RTX2060 to other PCI-E slot
  12. Disconnected power from all drives
The CPU does not have built in graphics, so I cannot use that.

Right now I cannot try the RTX2060 card in another system, because my only other accessible computer is an ASRock P43DE3 with a Core2(?) CPU. The VGA physically cannot fit into that case and also its PSU would not have enough power and I'm not sure if the RTX2060 would even work in that system.

Any other ideas to try?
Thank you
