Computer does not start

Hi, my computer does not start it just starts for a second beeps and shuts off and reapeating the process Help Please!

I Build the computer and it beeps one time

The only "beep" mentioned in the manual is a "boot beep" indicating that the system is booting. Is this a new build, or was this computer working at one time?

I have the computer for 2 months and it has been working great and i checked inside and the fan was not spining probably something went wrong in the bios becuse the wires at the fan are not stuck

Which fan is not spinning - the CPU fan? If so, your system will automatically shut down the system if it detects that the CPU fan isn't spinning to prevent damage to the system.
