[SOLVED] Computer does not turn on

Hello all,

I received my PC and it would not turn on, i contacted the manufacturer and they have sent me a new PSU. The PC still does not turn but when my mouse is plugged in it lights up. Everything is hooked up correctly to include the Case connectors. Anyone have any idea what it could be ? Any help is appreciated. Down below are the specs.

Are the connectors from the front panel (including the on/off switch) connected to the motherboard correctly?

Test to see if the power button is broken: If you remove the two wires for the on/off switch from the motherboard pins and connect the two pins together with something metal like a screw driver - just quickly connect then and remove the screwdriver, it doesn't need to be held constantly - does it power up?
