Question Computer doesn’t start after enabling xmp

I enabled xmp on 64gbs of Corsair sl rgb pro. Unsure what happened after I saved and exited because the computer restarted but showed no video after restart. Then turned back off now will not turn back on.

I5-12600k
3070 ti
64 gbs of ram
850 watt psu
Asus-prime Z-690
3-m.2 ssd 500 for OS and two 2tbs for games and other programs
4 gbs sata ssd for extra storage less then two months old

reset the bios?
it the 64gb ram from 1 kit?
