Computer doesnt boot all the way when using gpu.

I just finished a new build and now when I use my NVIDIA GTX 670 the AsRock BIOS will show up and then the windows logo for loading. As soon as this happens the monitors will blink off and on as if trying to connect and reconnect but this can go on for a long period of time. I am currently using my onboard graphics until I can get this fixed. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

try updating your mb bios could be a bios bug. did you install the mvp chipset software?? that can cause an issue as it trys and bonds both the ipgpu and the intel gpu to get higher frame rates.
