Computer doesn't boot into windows 10 once or twice a week randomly

Most of the time my PC boots into windows 10 perfectly fine and then random days it doesn't (gets stuck at the windows logo screen) and I have to go through a series of boot loop and then it finally works. I'd say this happen about 2 times a week. I boot windows 10 through my Samsung 850 SSD. Any one have any suggestions on what I should try to maybe fix this issue?

Motherboard - MSI z97 Gaming 5
SSD(windows 10 installed on it) - Samsung 850 EVO

You should check the event log, but usually this kind of thing is caused by your PSU.

I see errors from me having to hold the power button to turn off my PC during those boot loops, thats about it though
