Computer doesn't boot. RGB RAM doesn't glow. GPU fans start but immediately stop.

My specs:
* Motherboard: Asus tuf b350m-plus gaming
* RAM: G.SKILL F4-3000C16D-16GTZR TRIDENT Z RGB
* CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X SAM4
* PSU: Deepcool Quanta DQ550ST 550W

All brand new.

When I try to boot PC, there are no beeps and no image on the monitor. RAM doesn't glow. CPU fan is working, though.

If I connect a GPU (GTX 1050 Ti), its fans start working, but stop almost immediately.

UPDATE: One solo RAM stick works. But BIOS still won't boot.

it need bios 3803 to work with this cpu also need a gpu in system .

To use onboard Graphics connections, you need to use a processor that has Processor Graphics. Otherwise you need a video card.
