Question Computer doesn't boot

I recently bought new pieces and replaced my old ones. I installed everything correctly, checked for physical problems and wired everything. However, whenever I press the power button my PSU moves very slightly, CLR_CMOS CPU flashes red very briefly. I tried resetting BIOS through the motherboard but the outcome is still the same.

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 (new)
Motherboard: B450 Aorus M (new)
GPU: Zotac Mini 1050ti 4GB
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 3000 (new)
PSU: EVGA 500W Bronze

I have and I'm still having the same issue where the clr_cmos cpu light blinks and shuts off everytime I click the power button.

Nothing turns on. I press the power button and all it does is blink, fans move very slighly and that's it. I suspect it's a cpu problem but don't know what.

Nah. Probably not CPU. Could be a grounding issue, or a power connection that was missed.

Really? Even though the clr_cmos cpu light flickers when the power button is pressed?

Well, I can't say 100% that there isn't a problem with the CPU (I don't know anything about it) but your other issues (such as fans not spinning( are not being caused by a failing CPU.
