Question Computer doesn't connect to ethernet at all

My pc was connecting fine but suddenly since the past two days, it no longer recognises the network and only has a yellow triangle stating "unidentified network" no settings, adapters or wires have been changed since the issue started.

What I've tried to fix it:
Reinstalling the ethernet drivers
Turning the pc on and off
Changing the adapter and wire both together and individually
Reset network settings
Restarting the router
Running in safe mode w/networking

Nothing has changed by trying all of this, it simply stays on the yellow triangle.

Hi, tried this exactly as shown and it doesn't work, I'm still getting unidentified network

connecting to what? cable? wifi? anything else that can connect to this network?
