Hi guys, so I have a Windows 8.1 OEM I got. I'm using a desktop, and I don't seem to have the option for Hybrid Sleep.

I built a computer for my cousin just 2 days ago, and when I pressed the power button, pretty much all the parts turned off (Including CPU Fan). But when I pressed it again, it went right back on just like it was waking up from sleep.

I want that option on my computer, because I like turning off my computer every night. However, I hate waiting for it to boot, as it takes like 3 minutes.

Thanks

No, I mean my computer doesn't have the option.

He also has 8.1, a fresh copy of it.

If I put it in sleep, then all the fans are still on and all.

If I put it in hibernate, it's like rebooting the computer, basically, with all my progress still there where I left it.

I want it to be in between, where it hibernates then wakes up from sleep. My cousin's computer did it, so I know it's possible. I've looked into the advanced settings for the power plans, but there was no option for hybrid sleep.
