Computer doesn't load passed the Msi screen

My computer costum made froze out of nowhere and would not respond to anything so I turned it off with the power button but now when I load up the pc it stops at the Msi screen which is the first screen I see on start up. Is there a solution to get passed this?

Run the DVD if you had one and run system repair.

Sounds like windows is corrupted, any errors?

When the MSI screen comes up, press the delete key to enter the BIOS. If this works, press F6 to "Load Optimized Defaults". Then press F10 to save and exit and see if that works any better.
