Computer doesn't POST or BIOS

So the motherboard in my Acer computer blew a couple weeks ago. And in that time I got a new computer case, a new motherboard, a processor to go with that motherboard, and a new power supply. Hooked everything up and.... nothing. Fans turn on, but it doesn't get to POST (no beep codes or anything).

So here's my new rig.
-EVGA 500W PSU
-ASRock FM2A58M-HD+ motherboard
-AMD A6-7400K Dual-Core 3.5 GHz Socket FM2+ Desktop Processor Radeon R5 Series (AD740KYBJABOX)
-4GB DDR3 RAM stick
-Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case with USB 2.0 Cases RANGER-M Black

Also I have a Seagate 500GB HD (and a WD 1TB HD as backup in case I have to start over). Any help would be much appreciated. I'm also hoping I didn't nuke the motherboard or anything else by accident.

I think the best option then will be just resend all the stuff to the seller and get new/working ones?
Not sure what else I could propose here - either working it on your own, or send it back and tell them that this pile of silicon is not working, please give me something that works, lol.
Either way - it suxorz so badly :|

What's your graphics card? If its too old (older than GTX 7xx or HD7xxx) you might have troubles with using external gpu. However, pc should get back to internal gpu after that issue (if it had one).
What's the bios version on this motherboard? Official support list says that your CPU is of course supported, but need never (I think) bios, than the first version.
Also - did different elements worked in different rigs, like ram, power supply etc?

Don't have a graphics card, so using internal GPU.

I'm not even sure what BIOS version I have as I'm using the motherboard right out the box. Power supply and processor are also out the box, so I haven't had the chance to try them on other rigs (not that I could as I don't have a spare; the Acer rig died on me last week when I tried to swap hard drives, which is why I'm in this situation to begin with).

RAM worked in my last rig without an issue. Pretty much everything else is first use, right out the box.
