Computer doesn't post

I bought Corsair Vengeance 8gb ddr4 2400mhz and put it in to my msi B350M GAMING PRO AM4 with Ryzen 5 2400g and it didnt post so what is the problem????

Can you boot with only one stick of ram? Can you get a hold of a 1st Gen Ryzen processor? It might be possible that the board's BIOS is not up to date, which is necessary to accept the Ryzen 5 2200g.
