Hi,
I have an HP 8300 Elite Small Form Factor Desktop Computer, Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core, 8GB RAM, 500GB SATA, Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit.

The problem is the computer will not Post and the fans will spin very fast for few seconds then stop. Followed by power light flashing and a series of four short beeps (repeats 5 times). After the beeping stops the power light flashes continuously.

I bought and replaced Power Supply, Ram and battery for the CMOS with no avail. I also tried a different HD, removed, clean and install a processor but the problem still persists. Also, the motherboard components show no physical damage.

What else can I try to solve this issue?

It could be board, or CPU, if compatible RAMs tested and not working. A local PC shop might help.
Thanks for your help.
Quick note, after reading your last post, I decided to remove the processor and the beep sequence changed to three short beeps. I then tried the CPU and the Rams on another computer and it worked just fine. Seems like the motherboard is the problem.
