Computer Doesn't seem to getting power

My problem started after I installed a hyper 212 evo into my system when I went to power it on nothing happened the light in my graphics card above the pci-e cable lit up but nothing else sometimes if I flip the power switch and press the on button the motherboards light will flash for a second. Specs: gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H motherboard / intel i5 processor / evga 450 b psu / asus gtx 1060 graphics card

As a quick note, i5 processor refers to a multitude of different CPUs. You'd need to be specific to the model.

Firstly I would go back over all of your connections from your PSU to your components, and also make sure any fan connections are in the correct motherboard connections.

Also ensure that you have seated the CPU correctly, with adequate thermal paste when securing the cooler.

If you are 100% confident after a double check that all connections are secure. I would remove all peripheral components and only run with your PSU, motherboard, CPU, cooler, and 1 stick of RAM in the slot as per your motherboard manual. Then try booting on your integrated graphics and see if the problem is reoccurring.
