Computer doesnt start with PCI-E 6pin or 8pin power connector

Yesterday I ran OCCT in PSU test mode and after 5 minutes, the computer shut down. I plugged all the cables again. The computer passes POST succesfully with GPU in PCI-E slot, but doesn't boot with PCI-E power connectors connected. Just fans do not spin, no sound from system speaker. What could be wrong?
My specs:
AMD Phenom 2 X4 965
10GB of GoodRAM 1333Mhz (2x4GB+2GB)
Gigabyte GTX 570(OC version)
Gigabyte MA785GMT-UD2H
Corsair Force GT 120GB
Samsung spinpoint F3 1TB 7200RPM
OCZ ModXStream 600W

Do you have another graphic card that you can use? It would be helpful to know if your system would boot with another graphic card.

If it does boot with another graphic card, that would suggest that your graphic card is fried.

I once had a system that would post, UNLESS I plugged in my hard drive. It turned out that the HDD PCB was fried. I picked up another PCB, and the system started fine.
