Computer doesn't start

Hi,
I recently change CPU from i5 2300 to G840 because my last one broke.
When I start the computer, the fans work, the HDD works, GPU works and the processor heats up. I don't know what causes the problem?

Could it be that the pins are somehow bent and the computer doesn't start and just shows a black screen?

Also previously when I started up the computer I usually had a beep indicating that the computer is starting properly.
Please help.

Solution
Take out the CPU carefully get a decent light and magnifying glass and look at the pins, make sure they are uniform.
I had a problem and found some pins bent, used a small screwdriver bent them back and it worked fine!

Bent all pins back and it seems like the computer is working again, although I am getting a BSOD with Inaccessible_Boot_Device.
So I guess I'll have to get a clean W10 install.
