CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-8700K Processor
MOBO: Prime Z370-A
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz C16 LED Desktop Memory- White
OS: Windows 10

I have already updated the bios, manually lowered the dram frequency, and enabled XMP, but nothing worked.
I've already tried changing the voltage but it didn't let me, XMP sets it already to what it needs to be which I think it's 1.35.
My MOBO lights a yellow light when I have 4 ram sticks.

You say you have 2x16gb but then you have issues with 4 sticks? Are you adding another 2x16gb? If yes then mixing RAM always carries a risk of issues.
I'm so sorry I put the wrong ram this is the ones im using

Perhaps your motherboard has a defective slot. It could be the two slots you were originally using are fine, and one of the other two is defective. That would explain why all the sticks work individually but when all the slots are full the defective slot screws up the system.
