I looked up thsat Power Supply. It says that it is Haswell ready, should should have 8 Pins. As a rule. the connector itself is not 8 pins, but two 4 pin connectors on the same cable. I'm wondering if you used the right cable. If it wasa difficult to plug in, most likely.

5 short beeps on that board indicates a Graphics issue. Make sure you have all Power connector snuggly pluged in. If your are hooking up by HDMI, try DVI. If you have another Card, try that.

I forget to say that even without graphic card it doesn't work, it does 5 short beeps, can it be that the processor connector in the mobo is 8pin and the psu only have a 4pin connector?
