Question Computer doesn't work, no error signal from speaker

My build is
Ryzen 3 2200g
AsRock AB350 Pro 4
Ram Ballistix Sport LT BLS8G4D26BFSBK 1x8Gb 2666Mhz
Graphic Card Gigabyte GV-N105TOC-4GD
Power Supply Corsair TX650M

Before this I had the Ryzen 1300x and the pc always worked, but now nothing on display and the computer is in a continuous boot loop, I tried to remove ram, graphic card, cpu and always no one beep, when I turn the computer on just the fans run before the reboot
Help pls, I also tried to change ram and cpu with a cpu compatible with the first bios of my motherboard but nothing

Try RMA-ing the board, assuming that the power supply does work. If still having the compatible CPU, update the BIOS of the new board firstly, before using the 2200g.

Already tried changing the motherboard with a same one, and also changing the power supply with a new one with a bigger Wattage

Is an internal speaker connected to the motherboard? Can you post a picture of the board?
