Computer enters BIOS on restart

My windows 7 computer will enter BIOS when restarted. Exiting BIOS will pull BIOS up again and there is no way to load windows. If computer is shut down and then turned on, it will start windows normally.

Upon restart, my SSD was not shown in this BIOS. I also shut down windows normally and entered the BIOS manually when starting up and the SSD was shown in this case.
