Hey everyone.

Pretty much what the title says, I usually let my PC sleep while I'm in my classes, around 6 hours. When I come home and wake my PC up, often the system is extremely slow; cursor bouncing across the screen, unable to open up the start menu, and I usually just end up resorting into force shutting down my PC by holding down the power button.

I can provide specs if needed; running Windows 10, i7 4790k, Asrock B85 Killer mobo.

Any ideas to a solution?

Sounds like either bad software starting up or drivers not being fully compatible. Try updating all your drivers and seeing what programs are taking up CPU cycles at startup (open task manager in details view, sort by CPU use, and then put it to sleep so when it wakes up the first thing you see is that)
