Hi, I wanted to fully restart my computer and delete everything on it. During the process of my computer restarting it crashed and turned off. Now when I try to turn it on, the fan starts and all I see is the motherboards logo, the screen goes blank for 1 second and then the logo reappears. Any ideas on what's wrong and how can I fix it?

Try to manually reset your bios. You can do this by removing the cmos battery and holding the power button while the pc is unplugged from the wall for a minute or so, the putting it back in. You could also use the jumper on your motherboard. This option is slightly more complicated, but this guide here shows you how to do it.
